The Gibson’s Mill apartments have been designed to incorporate original features of the historic mill within a modern apartment. For sound and thermal efficiency,  apartments have been designed without opening windows.  Fresh air is ventilated throughout the building.

Gibson’s Mill is located in Hobart’s vibrant waterfront precinct, and some apartments are subject to late night noise from adjacent nightclubs and pubs, particularly on weekends and over special event/holiday periods.
